Now that I have reached level 28, I have follow tips for new players. Please add more if you have.
1. The number of workers is one of the keys for this game. Always seek to build max allowed housing. This means sometime you need to fulfill a quest or improve happy score.
2. Do quick or short deals during play and long term deals when you offline or sleep.
3. Build enough warehouse capacity to sustain enough building and production. Always upgrade warehouse to max. (level 3 without using crystals)
4. Try to schedule the productions in a way that transition from any raw materials to higher tier product by monitoring which resource or goods are in low in wearhouse.
5. Do wait for quest to build new non-house building unless you have hit max wearhouse Limit or you will ask to build them again to fulfill quests.

Thanks, that's helpful. I have built a 2nd quarry as stone is so slow and everything seems to need it. Hope that was a good move, remains to be seen.

6. Place workers at bars and bath that have been leveled all the way up to earn lots of cash.
7. Keep checking each expand possibility to see which costs the least. Go in order from least expensive to most.
8. If you're riding the Dino, you can kill a Murdoch (? Ogre guy) automatically. Make sure they are fairly close or the ogre will start to burn buildings.
9. Always grow stuff even if you are filled to capacity. It doesn't go bad and you will need it eventually.

10. After the workers finish their tasks, let them rest a minute before assigning them new tasks. Let them put in requests first (drinks, food, love) which you can fulfill and earn a bit from.
11. Make use of the Grid view button. You'll be able to see and fulfill workers' requests better, and you can see what areas of your map are unused.
12. Do zoning for maximum efficiency. Rearrange buildings as you expand your areas -- all the residential houses together, all the industrial / production buildings together, all the commercial / money-earning buildings together, all warehouses and non-interactive buildings (school, cafeteria, decorations) together.

13. If you are really short in real-estate and can't afford to expand, try rearrange your builds and items. Also you can delete unnecessary roads.
14. So far I have fond a good use of crystals is to max wearhouse limit. Definite not worth to use it to speed up production.
15. Quick or shorter deals usually give better per min return but not always the case. For pig farm, one hour is the best one.
16. Do not over build any single production building. 4 is most likely enough because the number of workers are limited.

17. Early on in the game try to delay clear all grass bushes and chop down all trees, there are quests related to do that or find items in bushes or trees. Only do this when you ran out of space or have much more food and need wood quickly.
18. After level 15 or so when you have more production buildings, use the first two sprit bonus which only cost coins. They are worth the coins.

19. Each expanded area gives you a fruit-bearing bush. Group these all together so you have a nice little fruit grove, available every 30 minutes. I try to keep 1 worker on short tasks (under 30 minutes) so that someone is always free to pick fruits.
20. That wedding chapel? Keep it running. Cheap and easy experience points every hour, no manpower needed.
21. As a rule, you need 3 resource buildings to supply 1 production building. So for every stone mill, you need 3 quarries. For every lumber mill, you need 3 wood huts. It helps to keep production running smoothly.

22. For second island postpone to build second villa there will be a quest to build a villa. But if you have built all other residential buildings 3 each and two villa you will not be able to build the third villa cause it need happy score requirement is 40 but current max is 39. I end up delete one villa to do the quest.
23. By the time you reach the third island, most likely you have done all quests on first island. Try build coin high end generating trade And entertainment buildings like shaman shop to support land expensions on the third island.
24. If you have sufficient coins when you have reached the third island, use coins to buy decoration items with high happy score bonus to enable to build enough residential buildings. This will help speed development by increasing the number of workers from more residential buildings.
